About Me

I have spent a lifetime in construction and consulting structural engineering. A couple of years ago, I decided to share the lessons from my vocational journey in a book entitled CONSULTING ENGINEERING SUCCESS: Lesssons from a Career in Construction and Private Practice. That book is now available in all formats through Amazon. During the process, I discovered the joy and sharing of personal essays and published my second book: MUSINGS AND MEMORIES OF A MEANDERING MIND which is also available in all formats on Amazon.  My current focus and motivation for creating this website is to facilite sharing these stories in a series of podcasts and blogs to make them readily accessible for my family and friends. I try to bring a bit of humor to each situation to keep the reading light and enjoyable.  The stories are all very short—around a  thousand words. If nothing else, they'll make for fun reading while you are otherwise "indisposed."
